FM INVITATIONAL PRELIMS
I pulled into SkateBird just after 10 a.m. camera bag in hand, the sounds of skates already echoing through the park. The early peeps were warming up, dialing in lines, and testing out the new obstacles that looked straight-up massive in person. You could tell right away this was going to be a wild one.
The 6th annual Franky Morales Invitational (FM6) went down at SkateBird Miami on Saturday, October 25th, 2025, right here in Miami, Florida. It’s one of those events that keeps the inline scene alive—open to all ages and divisions: Juniors, Men’s, Women’s, and Old Man, with that familiar, family vibe Miami this comp is known for.
This year, they went big… literally. The park crew added monstrous grind boxes and a massive vert wall just for this comp, and the skaters wasted no time showing us exactly how to use them.
These shots are from the preliminary runs during the day just a taste of what went down before the finals. I’ll be dropping those soon once I finish up the edits.
