J’adore
When a chef you’ve known for nearly twenty years calls and says, “Come to my last dinner service,” you don’t hesitate you show up. Especially when his entire menu is inspired by what could’ve been my Cuban grandma’s backyard. Before I even walked through the door, I knew we were in for a treat.
J’Adore is a dazzling revival of South Beach’s golden era. Nestled inside a historic Ocean Drive landmark, it blends the soul of 1950s Havana, the glitz of a Vegas revue, and the bold flair of modern Miami into one unforgettable stage. So I grabbed my guys JP, Luis, and Sisco and we suited up, taste buds primed. What we weren’t ready for… just how special the night would become. Below is the gallery a visual rewind of a final service that felt more like a celebration than a goodbye.
Let’s step inside. All these were shot on a Nikon Coolpic L24.
